Track Your Order
Check your delivery updates on Shopify’s secure order-status page. You don’t need a customer account to get started.
- Open your order confirmation email or SMS and follow the link to view your order. This is the secure link for your specific order.
- If asked to verify your details, enter your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout. Your order number is in your confirmation email or SMS.
- View your shipping updates and use the tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
If a “Log in to view all order details” prompt appears, you can verify using your order number and checkout email address or phone number instead of signing in to a customer account.
